Project Quantity Surveyor

A renowned, award-winning Chartered Quantity Surveying Practice in Nottingham is seeking a dynamic and hands-on Project Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding team.

The Project Quantity Surveyor Role

The successful Project Quantity Surveyor will become an integral part of the Project Team, working on a variety of exciting residential schemes. This role not only focuses on project delivery but also on the future expansion and management of the team.

The Project Quantity Surveyor will take the lead on projects, supervising the QS team, and offering significant opportunities for career progression to a senior position in a highly client-facing role.

Responsibilities include:

• Leading on allocated key client accounts, building and maintaining strong relationships.
• Acting as a Quantity Surveyor on traditional projects and as an Employer's Agent on Design & Build schemes.

The Project Quantity Surveyor

The incoming Project Quantity Surveyor will have:

• A RICS accredited / construction related degree qualification
• Ideally MRICS or currently working towards
• Residential sector experience
• Previous Quantity Surveying experience within a UK Consultancy
• Employers Agent or Project Management experience is ideal
