Project Quantity Surveyor

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Project Quantity Surveyor to join a well-established, medium-sized national construction consultancy based in central London.

The Project Quantity Surveyor Role

The successful Project Quantity Surveyor will be working within a collaborative team environment on a varied portfolio of private sector residential projects. These include:

• High-rise developments
• Build-to-Rent and Speculative Sale schemes
• Multi-unit apartment blocks
• Project values ranging from £10m to £80m

In addition to residential schemes, the Project Quantity Surveyor will also support a series of exciting concert and event venue refurbishments for a globally recognised entertainment brand from £10m – £20m.

The Project Quantity Surveyor will join a growing office of over 50 professionals, working in one of their specialist teams consisting of 6 professionals from Junior QS to Director level. With ambitious growth plans for the London office, this consultancy provides the ideal platform for a Project Quantity Surveyor looking to work on high-profile developments while progressing towards a Senior QS position.

The Project Quantity Surveyor – Requirements

• Previous Quantity Surveying experience in a UK Consultancy/PQS firm
• Degree qualified
• Ideally MRICS or currently working towards
• Excellent pre and post contract experience
• Employers Agent & Residential Sector experience is highly desirable
