The Graduate Building Surveyor's Role

As a Graduate Building Surveyor, you will work across a wide range of schemes, including public sector projects, housing, education, retail, and luxury private-sector apartments. You'll gain invaluable hands-on experience while contributing to the delivery of high-quality services.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting the team on a variety of professional and project-based building surveying tasks.
• Gaining exposure to diverse sectors with a focus on both public and private client portfolios.
• Progressing your APC with tailored guidance and mentorship.

The Ideal Graduate Building Surveyor Will Have

• BSc/MSc in Building Surveying or a RICS-accredited degree.
• Ideally started their APC diary.
• Previous consultancy experience (preferred).
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• A proactive and team-oriented approach.
