An award-winning, prestigious Property & Real Estate Consultancy is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager for their dynamic Birmingham office.

Construction Project Manager Role

The successful Construction Project Manager will join a market leading firm which gets involved in various exciting sectors including Logistics, Commercial, Residential, Hotel, Student Accommodation and many more.

Whilst there is plenty of project variety long term, this role does have an initial focus on the Industrial & Logistics schemes. You will spearhead innovative Logistics & Industrial projects and drive success in a fast-paced environment.

This would be ideal for an ambitious Construction Project Manager with experience in a UK Consultancy who is eager for support with Chartership and a clear progression route to Senior Project Manager.

The Construction Project Manager

The new Construction Project Manager will have:

• A construction related degree qualification
• Previous experience in a Project Manager role within a UK Construction Consultancy
• Previous experience working on Logistics or Industrial projects
• Professional accreditations (such as MRICS, MAPM, or MCIOB) or currently working towards
