Building Surveyor

A specialist property and construction consultancy are looking for a focused Building Surveyor to join their diverse Birmingham team.

The Building Surveyors' role

In this role, the successful Building Surveyor will be responsible for providing advice on the design, construction, maintenance, repair and refurbishment of all types of commercial property.

The Building Surveyor will also have the chance to develop professional services skills such as condition reports, acquisition surveys, party wall advice, defect analysis and measured surveys.

This role will suit a dynamic Building Surveyor who's looking for a long-term career opportunity with structured support and development in place.

The successful Building Surveyor will ideally be a proactive and driven individual, eager to further develop their career.

• MRICS qualification is preferred
• 5+ years' consultancy experience ideally
• Commercial property experience
