Overview
An innovative, multi-disciplinary consultancy, with a robust network of offices across the UK, are looking for an driven Building Surveyor to enhance their dynamic Manchester team.
The Building Surveyors’ role
The Building Surveyor will become part of a collaborative and creative culture, joining a supportive team of 12 in Manchester.
The successful Building Surveyor will have the opportunity to support on projects both locally and internationally across a wide variety of sectors including healthcare, mixed-use, office, residential, education, sports, leisure, hospitality, tech & industrial.
As well as diverse project exposure, the Building Surveyor will benefit from the chance to develop their professional experience, with a focus on services such as dilapidations, schedules of condition, party wall, defect analysis and expert witness.

The successful Building Surveyor will ideally be an enthusiastic and driven individual.
- BSc / MSc in Building Surveying, RICS accredited
- On the APC pathway is preferred
- 18 months’ consultancy experience ideally
