A professional, SME based in Buckinghamshire, are seeking a ground-hitting Building Surveyor to join their team of 4.

This is an opportunity for a well-rounded Building Surveyor, to join a growing team, where you will have full access to a varied client and project portfolio.

Role and responsibilities

As the successful Building Surveyor, you'll work on schemes across the commercial and industrial sectors, for both landlords and tenants, carrying out the full spectrum of professional service lines.

The chosen Building Surveyor will manage clients and create new business.

Person specification

This role will suit a Building Surveyor with a passion for professional services and who can confidentially stand on their own two feet with projects.

• MRICS qualified (Not essential)
• RICS accredited degree
• A commercial consultancy background
• Strong written ability
• commericially minded and business development driven
