An exciting opportunity has arisen for a client-facing Associate Quantity Surveyor to join a thriving, privately-owned Cost Consultancy based in the heart of Manchester. This forward-thinking firm is renowned for delivering high-quality work across the private sector and offers clear progression to Director and Partnership level.

The Associate Quantity Surveyor Role

The successful Associate Quantity Surveyor will play a key leadership role within a growing and fast-paced consultancy environment. Working closely with developers and private clients, you’ll manage the delivery of high-profile projects across:

  • High-rise and low-rise residential schemes
  • Mixed-use developments
  • Student accommodation & co-living schemes
  • Hotels and hospitality projects
  • Stadia and leisure venues

You’ll provide end-to-end cost management services, support junior team members, and actively contribute to business development by nurturing existing client relationships and identifying new opportunities.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Associate Quantity Surveyor ready to step into a high-impact role with long-term progression to Partner firmly in view.

The Associate Quantity Surveyor

  • MRICS ideally or currently working towards
  • Strong pre and post contract knowledge
  • A strong Quantity Surveying background within UK Construction Consultancies
  • Confident with the drive to succeed and develop
  • Private sector experience is highly desirable
  • Project Management/EA experience is highly desirable but not crucial
