A leading property consultancy, with a national presence, are looking for a dedicated Assistant Building Surveyor to join their established team in Birmingham.

The Assistant Building Surveyors’ role

This is a fantastic opportunity to gain a mix of professional and project experience across a wide variety of sectors, while working alongside a skilled and supportive team of Building Surveyors.

The successful Assistant Building Surveyor will be joining a team of 12 Building Surveyors in the Birmingham office and a wider network of 150 Building Surveyors nationally.

The role offers exposure to both professional services and project delivery, providing a well-rounded foundation for career growth.

The Assistant Building Surveyor

• A degree in Building Surveying, RICS accredited
• Currently completing APC is beneficial
• Strong communication skills and a proactive approach
• Both project and professional experience
