Building Surveyor

Building Surveyor

A well-established, award-winning property and construction consultancy operating across the UK are looking to bring on a Building Surveyor to join their close-knit, expanding Manchester office.

The role is predominantly project focused with a large amount of exposure to contract administration, project management, technical due diligence and defect diagnosis, the consultancy also undertakes a range of professional services and an understanding of these will be beneficial.

The successful Building Surveyor will be given full support to completing their APC, including a dedicated training plan and regular meetings with supervisors.

The Successful Building Surveyor will have;

  • BSc or MSc in Building Surveying
  • Ideally sitting the APC in session 2, 2019
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience within a commercial consultancy or private practice

In Return, The Successful Building Surveyor will receive;

  • £30,000 - £40,000
  • Performance Based Bonus
  • Fully expensed mileage
  • 23 days annual leave + Bank holidays
  • Full APC support
  • Private medical care
  • Professional fees paid
